September 2005 over USD 100M has traded successfully over the

Major shareholders include the partners of Baker Tilly Thailand
together with the chairmen, M.R. Chatu Monkol Sonakul, ex Governor of the Bank
of Thailand.

The management team includes CEO John Ginnane, a Baker Tilly
partner and 26 year banking and asset management veteran and Joe
Barker-Bennett, COO, having spent 16 years with HSBC on
